Discount Tire

This place used to be trustworthy. The managers were great. Everyone was polite. Service was fast and they took care of your car. However, things have changed. The service is still fast, but they trashed my car looking over the wheel lock when they should’ve just asked me where it was. They drove the car to me with all my items from the glove compartment all over the floorboard and seats. I had pine needles in the backseat. They broke the case of safety pins I had in the glove compartment. The staff was aware and so was management. They never once said that they would talk to the employees and make sure that never happened again. They also used to give great deals on tires. My tires had been changed out at 20,000 miles and I ended up paying roughly the same amount that I did when I bought them new. And that was after the credit and discount. While, this place is closer to my home. I will never come back here again.

I felt being robbed here, for a flat tire that could not be fixed per them they suggested to change 2 tires which i agreed given their explanation even though one of the tire had ling way to go. When they gave final quote it was almost double of what they initially suggested and they reduced $50 when i refused to get service. I asked them to give me my good tire and after service they confirmed good tire has been given back and its in trunk. Later in the evening i understood that they put the spare tire in trunk and took away the good tire. When i called they said i can come and they will give it, when i reached they said they could not find it and promised to give me similar or better tire same day, but they never called back.

I drive from conroe for this location! I work down the street in the same strip center as another tire place and still won’t go anywhere but this location! Ryan helped get me some tires ordered for my tiny car, & Anthony was helpful and friendly when I arrived. Although my tires hadn’t arrived yet which was totally okay I came back a little later and Egan helped get my payment, I had an excellent experience at this location and am totally loyal to Discount Tire! Never had bad service here, Anthony was so nice, Ryan was knowledgeable, & Egan was quick to help! These guys get a pat on the back.

This is our household’s go-to location for tires on our vehicles- Discount Tire located off 1488 in Magnolia to be exact. Just had all 4 tires replaced and it was a smooth, painless process thanks to Egan and Ryan! They were both so professional, friendly, informative and -without a doubt- huge assets representing Discount! I very highly recommend anyone needing tire replacement to check them out… great pricing, great quality, and superior service is what you’ll get!

Picture this: it’s the day before my wedding and I’m in Magnolia to begin getting ready for my rehearsal dinner, when my tire light comes on. One of my bridesmaids and I look up the nearest Discount Tire (we’ve both been longtime customers) and pull into this store. We go straight to the air station, where David greets us and lets me know that my front passenger tire is so low that he believes there may be something in it and that they need to take a closer look. We are on a serious time crunch as the rehearsal dinner is not far away and as girls do, we still needed to get ready so we let David know this. He said we shouldn’t worry and that he’d have us in and out in 45 minutes and even recommend a few places in walking distance where we could sit and have a snack while we waited. While waiting, David called me and let me know that they wouldn’t be able to patch the tire, that they’d have to replace it and asked if I’d like to get my other front tire replaced. As I’m elbow deep in wedding expenses, I let him know that I’d replace this at a better time but thanked him for replacing the one tire. He said it was no problem and said the car would be ready in 15 minutes. We walk back
